To view or open a new ticket:
- Log into Verpex Account
- Once logged in, click Support
- It takes you to the page where you have Active Tickets and Closed Tickets, on this page, you can click the Open new ticket button to submit a ticket.
Our ticketing platform allows you to open a ticket in a secure and easy manner, even without registration; however, we advise creating an account first to have the opportunity to manage your support tickets.
