Criteria for Registering a .sch.ng Domain Name

. sch.ng domains are intended for Nigerian non-tertiary academic institutions(nursery, primary and secondary educational institutions) in Nigeria, and as such requires certain documents in order for the registration to be completed.

To register a .sch.ng, you need to complete the requirements stated below

• A scanned copy of an authorization letter from the school with the contact details of the institution requesting for the domain, Kindly note that this should be presented on the school’s letterhead.
• A scanned copy of the certificate of accreditation from the government.

These documents should be forwarded to [email protected], after which, we will send them to NIRA (.NG Domains Registry) for verification and approval. Your domain will be activated once your documents have been vetted. The process takes 1 week or more.
