Bandwidth refers to the amount of data that is transferred to and from a website or server. It is measured in bytes (B) and is typically tracked on a monthly basis. It is the traffic your website can handle over the internet. Bandwidth is used each time a visitor accesses a website. cPanel provides a bandwidth usage tool that allows you to monitor the amount of data that is being transferred to and from your website. This tool displays a graph showing the total amount of data transferred, as well as a breakdown of the data transferred by domain, subdomain, and addon domain. You can use this tool to monitor your website’s bandwidth usage over time and ensure that you are not exceeding your allotted bandwidth. How to Check Bandwidth Usage in cPanel It is crucial to monitor bandwidth usage to keep your site running constantly. On the right-hand side of the screen, you will see Bandwidth Usages under the Statics section. How to see the full details of bandwidth usage:
  • Log in to cPanel button.
  • Navigate to “Metrics”
  • Click “Bandwidth”
