# Overview of .NET.NG Domain

The .NET.NG domain is a closed second-level domain under Nigeria's .NG ccTLD. It is used for activities related to the Internet and networks. Registration is approved by the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA).

## Eligibility

.NET.NG is **restricted to licensed Nigerian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and telecommunications infrastructure providers**.

## Required Documents

To register a .NET.NG domain, please provide:

1. **NCC licence:** a copy of the licence from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for providing Internet and telecoms services.
2. **Authorisation letter:** a scanned copy of a letter on the company's letterhead, including the company details and requesting registration of the domain.

## Approval Process

Once we receive and check the documents, we will contact the relevant authorities and register the domain.
